Hello m8 u got prety good gear mostly on crafted:)
i like ur Spell hit rating like ppl u depent on it
so /w eoguin in game for some more details and i think u are on

some details :
first of all 151 hit rating isnt the cap1
second u wont get 160 spelldmg only with buffs 23 food and 80 flask=100 so without opening a trinket (that isnt a buff) u cant have so much diferent at dmg
i think u can get beter gear by changing 1 finger and 1 trinket there are many beter then urs:)

and 160 spell hit is capped with the extra 3% in frost talents.

862 spell dmg + 40 (superior wizard oil) + 80 (flask) + 23 (food) + 10 or 20 extra from buffs.
